For those of you who like to indulge in the finer things in life, this is for you! This delicious event has always been one of my favorite food events of the year.
Top Chefs from Houston’s best restaurants will be competing to create the most delicious dish, hands down, using flavorful and aromatic truffles. It is hosted by Houston-based luxury food importer and distributor, DR Delicacy. It is an annual food competition and celebration of one of the world’s oldest and most precious delicacies. First rate truffles, showcased by the top talent in Houston’s restaurant community. In its seventh year, guests will be given a taste of fine black truffle dishes created by 25 of Houston’s top chefs. This year Truffle Masters benefits Second Servings of Houston, which is Houston’s only prepared and perishable food rescue organization.
Chefs from all around Houston will be competing to win the Truffle Master Title. Confirmed chefs include: Jose Ruiz from a’Bouzy, Robert Del Grande from The Annie Cafe and Bar, Drake Leonards from Eunice, David Skinner from Eculent, Alex Padilla from The Original Ninfa’s on Navigation, Charlie Ho at Le Colonial and Sasha Grumman from Rosalie’s and many more…..so many local favorites!
It will be taking place at C. Baldwin Hotel Curio Collection by Hilton on Monday, January 27, 2020 from 6:00 to 7: 00 pm VIP Admission; 7:00 to 10:00 pm. General Admission. It will consist of 25 chef stations and an open bar.
General Admission tickets are $195 and VIP are $395. Complimentary valet is included for both tickets.
