7th Annual Wags and Whiskers Brunch benefiting Animeals

This year’s brunch started off with a WOW when honoree and longtime Animeals supporter Fred G. Marshall announced at the brunch a $500,000 donation to the Linda and Fred G. Marshall Volunteer Welcome Center at Interfaith Ministries of Greater Houston. This brunch, formerly known as the Best Friends Brunch was held at the Hotel Zsa Zsa on Saturday, February 8, 2020.

Brunch chair M.A. Shute and Honorary Chair Don Sanders welcome over 200 guests to the Hotel Zsa Zsa in the Museum District that raised $120,000. The “On Broadway” themed brunch and animal fashion show raised funds for the Animeals program that provides free pet food and vet care for more than 1,300 dogs and cats of the Interfaith Ministries Meals on Wheels program for homebound seniors.
