Always full of fancy, fun and straight-up fabulous fashion, Paris Haute Couture week came and went all too fast with our favorite designers pulling out all the stops!
Each season, Paris Haute Couture week is a favorite here at MRG! Without the pressure of ‘sellability’ , designers are able to really let their creativity flow freely and produce true works of art! Each show seems to transport you to a whole new world full of magical mediums, shapes, and styles.
With so many show-stopping looks to unpack, it is hard to whittle down a list of our true favorites, but we’ve tried our best to give you the best sparknotes de style around! For more info and images from each collection, just click on the collections name in red under each image, to be taken to the label’s couture page!

Set in a vast Mediterranean garden with a reflecting in a pool of water, Chanel transformed the Grand Palais into the dreamy ‘Villa Chanel‘. The buzz off the runways were not just about the fab fashion but “where’s Karl” was the topic of the day?!
Valentino
“I have asked the seamstresses of the Atelier to personally name each dress [in this collection] with a name of a flower or with the emotion brought by the flower itself.
I was inspired by the Abécédaire de Flore” – Pierpaolo Piccioli, Creative Director of Valentino
Zuhair Murad
Zuhair Murad invited the audience to “delve into the richness of the oceanic world and discover the encounter between hues, textures and movements” in this beautiful ‘Aquatic Serenade‘.
Dior
The circus came to town in Paris, as Dior Creative Director Maria Grazia Chiuri created a tented-wonderland for ‘Dior Dream Parade‘ full of acrobats, circus acts and more!
Armani Privé
Celebrating the timeless beauty of Paris, Armani Privé showed us ‘Laquer‘, a collection full of patriotic colors, small hats with veils, elegant suits and fine silk fringes.
Viktor & Rolf
Known for out-there designs, Viktor and Rolf‘s show spoke for itself sending look-after-look down the runway making major, literal “Fashion Statements“.
