And in the blink of an eye, we have reached the month of August! This summer has flown by, but the one good thing about this is that it’s time again for White Linen Night 2019 in the Heights! Mark your calendar for Saturday night, August 3rd from 6-10 p.m for THE party of the summer. This expansive block party has been a staple on the Houston events calendar for the past 13 years, leaving no question that White Linen Night in The Heights simply should not be missed!
Amazing live music for every generation to enjoy, a plethora of unique storefronts to shop (many offering goodies special for the night), and countless vendors with delicious food and drink- White Linen Night 2019 has it all! There will be parking all around 19th Street, but it will be limited. You can always skip the hassle of parking and ride with WLN presenting sponsor Uber! You get 2 free rides up to $10 off, so there is really no reason not to!
The event is open to the general public and has no admission fee, making it the perfect Saturday night activity for everyone! Though an all-white outfit is not required, at least one article of white is heavily suggested! And if you need a little outfit inspiration, MRG has you covered- check out our fave white picks HERE. Many stores along 19th Street are already gearing up for the big night! Shops like Manready Mercantile (below) will be happy to get you ready in white, too! Also, check out the finds, listen to music and just fun times at AG Antiquesh and happenings at artist Jonathan Palmer’s studio on Heights Blvd. where there is always great things happening.
