With Houston’s fall and winter not being the coldest of them all, it’s important to have the right outerwear in your closet. Very few days will you pull out your heaviest pea coats. More often we’ll be reaching for our lightweight jackets and toppers that either aren’t lined or might be lined, but not too heavy.
