As I left the Jill Stuart show on Saturday morning of Day II of NY Fashion Week, what stayed with me was a feeling of pretty, feminine and flirty dresses, softened by the color palette and feminine details, such as bows on satin and floral appliques on sheer. I loved the combination of Black, White, Champagne played with Copper, as the metallic of choice that blended beautifully with the Coral, Copper, Seafoam and Pale Turquoise that was this beautiful collection.
Most items in the collection appeared to have an extra feminine touch from the detailing on the sheer and satins to the perfectly executed and modern color palette, which I have mentioned twice, I know, but that’s because I really, really liked it!
Some highlights of the collection follow…..
