From Roz: Happy Sunday to all. What a change in our lives that has been happening these last couple of weeks. As I venture to think of how I might be of most help to all of my MRG friends out there I have thought a lot about what I can and should do differently. These are the most difficult times in my lifetime and I miss my Mom a lot as I wish I had listened closer when she told me stories about how they all survived the Depression, which she said changed my Dad forever, (which I think we too, are in for a major re-set after this is over!) and World War II. For us, we just have to stay close to our loved ones and dear friends and neighbors and remember that social distancing is only a physical term, we need you all close to our hearts more than ever right now.
Having said that, I hope that I can assist in keeping those important ties that we all have with one another, more closely knotted than ever. I will commit to keeping all of you as informed as I can be of all of the lifestyle changes that may be happening in our community. I am committed to helping our small businesses….retailers, restaurants, beauty providers in anyway that I can to get their news out there. It is amazing for me to see how creative so many of these people are in trying to keep their businesses alive, their workers provided for and service their clientele as best they can.
So, you will be receiving an Eblast in your inbox only once a week, on Sundays….our day to relax and read! However please continue to follow me during the week on Facebook and Instagram & Instastories as I will be continuing to write blog posts and link them to my social as things are happening.
Please take this seriously, stay home, stay safe and stay healthy……we will make it through this and be much better for it…..also continue to pray for ourselves and our friends around the globe, for me, that is special prayers for my dear Italy!!
Thanks for a great note Roz! I miss my mom and dad too!
Love to all!
