The Grand Entrance to the new elegant event venue, The Revaire, opening in Mid-May, will offer a breathtaking first impression to entering guests.
Very recently, the owners of the new Revaire event space, Rachael and Jason Volz, opened their doors for the first time for many of H-town’s media, event planners and prospective customers with hard-hat tours of this newest development that will set the stage for many upcoming social galas and weddings, beginning with its first event in Mid May. In describing the new venture for the A Fare Extraordinaire owners, I must add it seems like such a natural progression for these talented players.
The venue name, The Revaire, is based on the word revelry, meaning celebration, with the added suffix “aire” that speaks to the spaciousness of the building. “Recognizing the demand in our thriving city for more versatile event spaces, this truly is a dream come true,” says Rachael. “For years, my husband Jason and I searched for the perfect building – we wanted something with history and soul but also centrally located and easily accessible from all parts of town. We found just that in this 25,000 square feet, 1942 munitions factory. Now modernized and redesigned with style and sophistication, my dream space has been brought to life.”
This one stop shop for all of the necessary elements of event planning is truly the perfect destination to make that milestone event of yours one that will make your dreams come true and create that beautiful memory.

In closing a few facts of note. The Revaire is owned and operated by Rachael and Jason Volz, owners of the esteemed catering company, A Fare Extraordinaire. AFE, originally founded by Karen Lerner in 1985 was purchased by Volz, a long time associate of AFE, and her hubby in 2014. In this all -in-one facility you have the advantage of an exclusive caterer, and it’s superb chef, Ryan Bouillet who will be servicing not only those that have chosen The Revaire as their venue of choice but will be prepping all AFE catering services from their newly constructed 5,000 sq. ft. kitchen which is massive and impressive and boasts the largest catering kitchen in the city.
